Our team completed a large-scale renovation of Pinhook South and Acadian Gardens Apartments in Lafayette, Louisiana, upgrading 240 residential units across a five-month timeline. Led by a 40-member team of engineers, architects, and licensed trades, the project demonstrates our ability to execute complex, multi-building renovations with precision and efficiency.

The renovation encompassed 30 buildings totaling 15,034 sq ft of improved space, with unit sizes ranging from 710 to 1,050 sq ft. The scope included full roof replacement and maintenance, over 4,400 sq ft of concrete repairs, and the restoration of balconies and staircases with upgraded lighting for safety and aesthetics. Additional work included fascia trimming, full exterior painting, and a complete facelift for 21 buildings, along with cleaning and restoration of metal fencing.

Mechanical upgrades were completed throughout all units, including new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC fixtures that meet modern efficiency and compliance standards. The result is a revitalized, high-performing multifamily community that reflects durability, functionality, and our signature attention to detail.
