02 — Roof Systems

The right system for the building.

Six roof systems cover the majority of commercial and industrial work. We specify, supply, and install each as a certified manufacturer contractor.

01 / TPO

TPO Single-Ply

Reflective white membrane for flat and low-slope commercial roofs. Energy efficient, heat-welded seams, with manufacturer warranty options available through the proposal stage. Our default for hot-climate roofs.

02 / EPDM

EPDM Rubber

Durable synthetic rubber membrane for commercial and industrial roofs. Proven 30+ year lifespan in hot climates. Ideal for large-scale industrial facilities and warehouses.

03 / Modified Bitumen

Modified Bitumen

SBS and APP asphalt systems for flat roofs with heavy foot traffic or mechanical exposure. Two-ply and three-ply configurations with granulated cap sheets.

04 / Metal

Standing-Seam Metal

Concealed-fastener standing-seam systems for industrial, agricultural, and architectural applications. 40+ year lifespan. Ideal for sloped warehouse and manufacturing roofs.

05 / PVC

PVC Single-Ply

Chemical-resistant membrane for restaurants, industrial facilities with grease/chemical exposure, and rooftops with frequent mechanical traffic.

06 / Coatings & Maintenance

Coatings & Maintenance

Silicone, acrylic, and polyurethane roof coatings to extend life of existing membranes. Annual inspections, preventive maintenance programs, and portfolio service contracts.

05 — FAQ

Questions we hear on every roof inspection.

If your question isn't below, call (832) 548-0660 or request a quote. We respond inside one business day.

What roof systems do you install?
TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen (SBS and APP), PVC, standing-seam metal, and exposed-fastener metal systems. We also handle roof coatings for extending the life of existing membranes. Each system is matched to the building type, code requirements, and owner budget.
Do your roof systems carry manufacturer warranties?
Yes. We install systems from major commercial roof manufacturers and can include manufacturer warranties where the owner requires them. Warranty length and type depend on the specific system, manufacturer tier, and building details. We confirm the exact warranty during the proposal stage — along with our own workmanship warranty on the installation.
Are your roofs hurricane and hail rated?
Yes. Every roof we install in coastal zones meets the windstorm requirements for that local code tier, with systems rated for the wind load required. Impact-rated membranes are available for hail-prone markets and can help qualify buildings for insurance deductible discounts where applicable.
Do you work with insurance adjusters on storm damage claims?
Yes. After hurricanes and hail events, our team documents damage, provides itemized estimates to Xactimate standards, and works directly with your insurance adjuster through scope and close-out. We do not sign contingency agreements — we work for the property owner, not the insurance company.
How fast can you mobilize for emergency leak repair?
For commercial and industrial clients with existing relationships, we target 24-hour mobilization for active leak repair, weather permitting. Emergency tarping and temporary leak control can happen the same day. Call (832) 548-0660 to discuss response-time SLAs for your portfolio.
Why Pillars of Seven over a standalone roofer?
We're a commercial general contractor with in-house roofing crews. That means if your roof scope expands into deck replacement, structural work, insulation, or HVAC coordination, we handle it with one point of accountability. Single-trade roofers can't do that.
